During surgery or in the three days following, an individual experienced an almost immediate out-of-body state. They felt two to three times their normal height and could see through walls. This heightened perception marked the beginning of a profound experience they knew was real, not a dream.
They found themselves in what appeared to be a huge cavern or void, crouched behind a boulder-like formation. Their eyes felt literally as big as saucers, though they felt no fear, only profound aloneness. They observed two figures in black, hooded cloaks similar to ring wraiths from Lord of the Rings, though they sensed no evil from them. One figure approached the other by floating - they had no visible feet or weren't using them. Despite complete silence, the experiencer KNEW through direct knowing that the figures were discussing them and deciding what to do. The beings appeared to be reviewing the outcomes of either sending them on to the afterlife or back to life. The decision was clearly made to send them back. The experiencer returned with a strong sense of purpose - not of grand importance or special work, but simply that things wouldn't evolve properly if they didn't complete this life. They developed a profound belief that everyone, even the most vicious criminals, has a reason for being here. They understood that even small acts like smiling at a stranger who then chooses not to do something negative can make their life meaningful and affect the future positively.
