Jeffer was undergoing wisdom teeth removal and gum surgery in October 2003 when he experienced clinical death under anesthesia. He felt electrical jolts through his body, then observed from above as the dentist continued trying to extract his teeth. He found himself visiting family members' homes, observing some drinking and others chatting or watching television, demonstrating distant observation capabilities.
Jeffer was drawn toward a brilliant white light and heard a peaceful, heartwarming voice calling him. A man dressed in white with shoulder-length hair approached him, showed him the sky, and said he was pleased with Jeffer's life and would reward him with eternal life for the wrongs done against him.
