At age eight, Janna was electrocuted in the shower by a malfunctioning water heater, experiencing excruciating pain like burning from inside. After losing consciousness, her life flashed before her like a movie reel. Her father pulled her out, performed CPR, and laid her down. She immediately whooshed to the ceiling, observing her father doing CPR. Moving through the house, she saw her mother crying on the phone and her brother curled up terrified in a chair. She went outside and watched the ambulance arrive. She then entered a dark but peaceful tunnel surrounded by loving familiar spirits, possibly ancestors. An intensely bright, warm light enveloped her, feeling like home full of love. Through telepathic communication, she was told it wasn't her time and to return to figure out how to use her gift with others. Now at 50, she works as a teacher and end-of-life educator, viewing this as her higher calling. The experience taught her that love is the most important thing, stripping away material concerns.
