John, a kitchen worker, experienced a STEMI heart attack (widow-maker) at work. After calling 911, he was rushed to the operating room where he died during the procedure, being clinically dead for 2.5 minutes before being shocked twice to restart his heart. During his death, he found himself above his body in the operating room, calmly accepting his death. Without any tunnel or sense of movement, he was instantly in a unique forest realm made of solid light that he could feel throughout his being. A fox appeared as his guide, later understood to be his grandmother (maiden name Fox). The environment was created specifically for him, filled with overwhelming love and peace. Time was revealed to exist non-linearly - past, present, and future happening simultaneously. He was led to an office-like setting where he met God, who showed him his life "map" with all predetermined choices and paths. He learned that lives are planned before birth with others' help, including selecting parents and experiences, while Higher Ones determine timing and consequences. When shown how prayers feel, he experienced every prayer and thought about him in an overwhelming jolt of unconditional love. Despite wanting to stay, he agreed to return to do "the Lord's work." He was told Earth is a school for experiencing creation, that loving without hurting others is key, and that those who persist in harmful choices must relive lives until learned. John awoke exactly when his wife arrived at 6am, shocking medical staff with his rapid recovery - eating, walking, and going home within hours.
