Monica underwent complete hysterectomy surgery and was sent home too early. She returned to emergency with dangerously low oxygen and chest pain. During cardiac catheterization around midnight, she was conscious when they numbed her wrist. She began floating 30cm above her body and saw her deceased father, uncle, and grandparents who appeared beside a brilliant torus-shaped light made of moving light threads. They told her in chorus "It's time" but she refused, thinking of her 5-year-old daughter and husband. They said their lives would be what they had to be regardless, then gave her 20 years and told her to set up a pottery studio. She watched the medical procedure from above before returning to intense pain. In the ICU, she felt her deceased uncle moving things, causing nurses to wonder who touched the machines. A year later she was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. She has since joined Self Realization Fellowship and experienced significant spiritual growth.
