Mohammad was at a medical clinic with his children when he suddenly felt very hot and weak while holding his daughter for her blood test. After asking his son for a wafer, he lost consciousness. Mohammad, a Shia Muslim, now believes there is no hell or heaven, only peace, and that religious rituals are unnecessary. He has become kinder with more purposeful living and less greed.
