At age 25, Sara was driving her moped without a helmet when a truck veered right and struck the back of her vehicle. The impact knocked her to the ground where she hit her head on the curb, resulting in immediate unconsciousness. The accident happened in seconds and she never saw the truck coming.
She suddenly found herself in a magnificent place, appearing younger like 13-15 years old, dressed in a white sleeveless tunic and barefoot. She experienced immense happiness and endless bliss while running through a meadow with tall grass of an intensely phosphorescent green color that does not exist on Earth. At the bottom of the clearing stood a huge majestic oak tree moving in the wind, which she knew was a doorway she was running toward at breakneck speed. A pure white shining unicorn suddenly appeared before her, lowering its head to be stroked. She caressed it, feeling a velvet texture superior to any earthly sensation. The unicorn was the most beautiful animal she had ever seen, and its appearance stopped her from reaching the tree. She was flooded with endless bliss while petting the creature. She suddenly returned to her body in the hospital, initially having no memory and not recognizing anyone for many months. She remained in an in-between state perceiving another world while not fully connected to this one. The head wound was severe, leading to eventual separation from her husband. She later worked as a healer, finding meaning in the experience despite the difficulties.
