Demirkaya, age 13, experienced an NDE after falling and hitting her chin at a cafe in 2003. Following her mother down moon-shaped stairs, she slipped and fell, striking her chin hard. Upon opening her eyes, she found herself in a realm of brilliant white light where everything - grass, trees, soil - was part of this luminous environment. She observed six identical beings appearing as white light statues arranged in two rows of three. A large white door appeared in a wall before her. As colors began returning to normal, she saw men running through the door, with the last one turning to look at her before departing. Her perception of time was dramatically altered - what felt like five minutes or longer to her was merely an instant for her mother, who had not even taken a step forward. When she asked about the men, her mother saw no one. The experience brought intense peace and happiness. That same night, she had her first precognitive dream about a girl's death, which was later confirmed. Since then, she has continued having prophetic dreams about deaths and accidents before they occur.
