Lorenza was walking on Interstate 80 when she was struck by an 18-wheeler big rig traveling at 65 mph. She initially found herself standing and watching the truck driver exit his vehicle and run toward her in slow motion. Turning around, she discovered her own body lying on the roadside and realized she had separated from her physical form. This realization brought overwhelming emotions of horror and hopelessness, with the understanding that suicide would result in eternal spiritual hell.
After calling out to God, she was returned to her body in excruciating pain. A witness stayed by her side, encouraging her to survive. She then experienced a second separation where she found herself standing nude in crystalline water, transformed into a glowing white spirit form with silver glistening. She encountered Jesus Christ with golden-brown hair, ocean-blue eyes, and wearing a white gown. He introduced His assistant and three angels, all in detailed heavenly attire. Christ showed her a vast sparkling ocean, enormous vibrant plants the size of Redwood trees, and a beautiful waterfall. She saw her coworker Ted standing behind the waterfall. Christ told her she would survive and must return because she had "a story to tell." He then transformed into a golden sphere before sending her back. Upon return, Christ used the sky as a projector to show her scenes from her birth and childhood. The experience included multiple returns to body, witness confirmation, and profound spiritual transformation leading to her becoming a spiritualist rather than atheist.
