As a teenager playing by the riverside, the person was swept away by the tide and drowned, unable to swim. After sinking to the bottom and struggling unsuccessfully to reach the surface, they lost consciousness from lack of oxygen. Upon losing consciousness, they suddenly regained awareness from a vantage point about two meters above their body, experiencing what felt like soul separation. They became relaxed and stopped struggling, hearing peaceful music that sounded like a blend of Western church ritual music and Chinese music. Their entire life from childhood to the present played back in third-person perspective like a movie slideshow at super-fast speed but with crystal clear content. They saw their deceased father and other unknown people during this life review. Specific memories included stealing a radish when hungry, swearing, spitting, and hitting siblings - actions that caused tremendous pain in their heart when witnessed. They tried to avoid watching but couldn't, feeling deep repentance for bad actions. A white light appeared surrounding their body with a particularly bright opening above, from which a mysterious force sent them out. They surfaced directly and went to shore. The experience was characterized by the classic elements of OBE, life review with moral reckoning, peaceful music, encounters with deceased relatives, and return through a bright light opening.
