During the NDE, she found herself floating above the operating table, observing doctors in surgical attire with what looked like shower caps. She witnessed tall, luminous beings in white surrounding the medical team - beings she perceived as angels who emanated extraordinary light and love. One being approached and communicated telepathically that while ethereal beings cannot directly intervene in physical events, they witness everything and provide spiritual support. CS felt complete unconditional love and understood she would never truly be alone, as these beings would always witness and understand her experiences.
