Yuan-San experienced an accidental overdose after taking three sleeping pills instead of one due to severe insomnia that had developed tolerance to the medication. Around 8 PM, after being unable to sleep despite extreme exhaustion, Yuan-San took the triple dose hoping for rest. Shortly after, intense chest pain began, feeling like being punched, with unbearable discomfort and trouble breathing regardless of body position. Opening the window for fresh air initially helped the chest pain, but then consciousness was lost for three seconds followed by a collapse to the floor, lying unconscious for 30 minutes.
During the unconscious period, Yuan-San experienced what felt like a surreal dream in a vast emptiness devoid of all life - no trees, animals, or grass. Standing there in confusion, two tall beings appeared with fuzzy faces hidden by hooded robes. These beings asked Yuan-San to follow them, creating an odd but acceptable feeling despite the strangeness. They walked together for a long distance through this empty realm. Though the experience felt unfamiliar and weird, there was an inexplicable sense that it was appropriate to go with these mysterious figures. Suddenly, a warm light appeared above, coming down with an urgent command: "Don't continue, stop going forward!" There was an immediate knowing that leaving these two beings was necessary. Yuan-San ran frantically toward the light while one being attempted but failed to grab Yuan-San's hand. The beings stood watching as Yuan-San continued running toward the light, feeling increasingly safer with distance from them. The desperate flight toward the light felt like survival itself depended on reaching it. Upon awakening, Yuan-San immediately documented all details to preserve this exceptional experience. The event is considered special and meaningful, though its full significance remains mysterious. The experience stands out as unique and important enough to warrant careful recording and reflection.
