Nine-year-old Seemoon was with her 12-year-old cousin who attempted to hypnotize her by having her breathe slowly then covering her nose and mouth simultaneously. On the second attempt, she lost consciousness. She saw a vision of a 1900s-style locomotive train going through a tunnel with densely packed people in traditional Korean white clothes. Many more people on the platform were trying to board the departing train as it released steam. A bright light was visible at the end of the black tunnel. While standing on the platform watching, two adults pushed her aside trying to board before her. She pushed back saying "No!" but the train left without her. She then woke up to find her cousin and brother relieved. Her cousin reported her face turned red and she lost consciousness. The experience made her feel that boarding the train would have meant death. She developed an obsession with not wasting time, feeling that meaningless days are unbearable. She now believes life is finite and prioritizes people over money or work, thinking that sins will somehow be paid for.
