A member of the "Wheels of Man" motorcycle club was involved in a severe accident when a drunk driver made an improper left turn, hitting him at 45mph. His passenger Frank was pulled under the truck, breaking his back in 15 places. Upon impact, Jeffrey was immediately knocked out of his body, watching everything happen in slow motion. He observed himself grabbing the driver's hair and punching him while outside his body. He watched paramedics arrive and work on him. In the ambulance, he heard medics say "We're losing him!" and the flatline on the heart monitor. He went from horrific pain to complete bliss, feeling his spirit being pulled from his body from right to left. Everything turned brilliant white light that felt like being hugged with love. The light faded to reveal the most beautiful scenery with vibrant flowers in colors he'd never seen before, rolling hills, and himself gliding along the ground. His vision cleared to show a river with a gazebo containing two wicker chairs, a glass table with a pitcher of lemonade and two empty glasses. He glimpsed a beautiful cabin and felt overwhelmingly that this would be his home when he crossed over permanently, but that he wasn't supposed to be there yet. The white light returned with a whoosh and he was back in his body in horrific pain. He was induced into a coma and upon awakening felt amazed that an infinite spirit could be crammed back into a physical body. The experience made him appreciate life more while also making him aware of how governments and religions prevent people from living life to its fullest.
