Holly experienced two major NDEs. First in 1995 during emergency surgery while 5 months pregnant, when her blood pressure bottomed out causing oxygen deprivation to her baby. She felt enveloped in complete love, stepped up and right from her body into darkness with warm glowing light and shadow figures including her deceased grandmother (Nanny). She was told she couldn't stay and must return, learning her child wouldn't survive after birth - which proved true. Second NDE in 2010 during laparoscopic surgery complications leading to sepsis and multiple organ failure. Over three weeks critically ill, she had multiple "visits" or fugue states witnessed by family where she had animated conversations with unseen beings. She experienced floating in beautiful wooded areas with flowering fields, riding a mythical beast, and once saw a black spiraling tunnel she pulled back from. These experiences transformed her life completely - first driving her to career success, then later to early retirement and complete life restructuring focused on family and spirituality.
