Françoise suffered a terrible car accident on May 2, 2018 at 1:15am, resulting in coma with fractures of cerebellum, cervical vertebrae, liver, cranial trauma, and pneumothorax with lung detachment. She was flown to the hospital where doctors told her parents they didn't know if she would survive. On May 3rd, she saw herself standing at the foot of her bed with family and friends present. She called to them but they couldn't hear her. She saw herself stretched out on the bed connected to machines, then saw a white shining light. Several shadows approached who were deceased family members. As she moved toward them, her deceased father took her arm and told her this wasn't her place, that she still had to experience something on earth. He escorted her back to her body, they said goodbye, and she woke the next day. Her mother confirmed doctors had to reanimate her as she was slowly dying. She saw her deceased father, mother, and horse. The experience gave her confirmation of afterlife beliefs and changed her perspective on life, making her less stressed and more accepting of life as it comes.
