Sarah experienced multiple NDEs starting at age 5 when she fell from playground equipment after a heart pain. She left her body and traveled through a tunnel at incredible speed. The experience repeated throughout childhood, with doctors attributing it to vagus nerve disconnection. At age 16, during a violent movie, she experienced her most vivid NDE. She felt intense heart pain, left her body, and traveled through a tunnel whose walls were covered with photos showing different versions of herself, possibly from past lives. She entered a place of pure white light and encountered three immense columns of light - beings of pure love who were her spiritual family. They communicated telepathically, reminding her she had chosen to incarnate and must return. She observed friends around her body for what felt like years but was only 40-50 seconds. The experiences left her struggling to adapt to Earth, feeling lonely and waiting for life to end.
