Nicole passed out and her pulse stopped, leading to a near-death experience she didn't remember until weeks later during meditation. Her boyfriend, a firefighter, found her unconscious on his house floor and immediately began lifesaving care before she was transported to the hospital. She awakened hours later feeling profoundly alone and depressed, wondering when her struggles would ever end, having no initial memory of what occurred during her clinical death.
Days or weeks later during meditation, Nicole experienced a tremendous download and suddenly remembered her NDE clearly. She found herself under what seemed like a street lamp emitting tremendous shiny energy different from ordinary light. Time completely stopped, bringing relief from her perception of time as an enemy - no more Mondays or bills. Everything began regenerating instead of deteriorating, becoming more beautiful and taking her breath away. She laughed at herself for taking life so seriously, realizing she had chosen to come to Earth but had turned it into hell instead of a learning opportunity. She felt a perspective shift where everything became one, with all beings both physical and non-physical present together, though physical beings remained unaware. Nicole understood that if she didn't return, her daughter's life path would become more difficult. Despite wanting to stay in the blissful state, she couldn't accept making her daughter's life harder and chose to return for her sake, knowing she had unfinished business. When negative thoughts arose, she saw the light absorbing them, reassuring her everything would be okay. The light communicated that life is just a waiting room for something better that she had chosen to visit, learn from, or prepare for the next level. Since the experience, Nicole feels like an alien knowing secrets she wants everyone else to understand - that we are eternal beings and part of source energy. She was immediately drawn to spiritual teachings, discovered Abraham Hicks on YouTube, and began meditating for the first time. She explains that death isn't death, that suffering comes from not understanding our true nature, and that Earth is a chosen experience for growth rather than punishment.
