Katrina attempted suicide by overdosing on prescription pain medication in 2014. She drove to a quiet area and took all her pills, experiencing severe cold and increasing pain as her breathing became progressively more difficult. As she slumped in the car seat dying, she cried out to Jesus Christ with her last strength before her final breath slipped away.
She was immediately pulled from her body into a black void, floating alone in complete darkness. She felt as if someone cut the cord connecting her to her body and knew she was dead with no way back. Her thoughts became lightning-fast and her mind exceptionally clear, with all senses heightened and emotions intensified. After what seemed like a long time alone, a speck of light appeared in the distance. The light approached her in a zigzag pattern at great speed, revealing itself as a Being of pure white light about 8-9 feet tall. She felt peaceful and loved in this Being's presence, believing it to be an angel. However, when the Being sensed her unrepentant anger toward God, it departed instantly. She then experienced overwhelming terror as she felt ice-cold burning sensations and long needles being stabbed into every inch of her body repeatedly. She heard her own screaming and felt continuous lightning-like pulses through her body. The pain was hundreds or thousands of times worse than earthly pain. When she screamed to be let out, she heard demonic laughter from an unseen being beside her in the complete darkness. In a flash, she was returned to her body, which felt like stone. After hours of effort to regain motor function, she managed to drive home and vomit up the pills, transformed by terror of returning to that place of torment.
