Ben stopped breathing during a late-night phone call. The other person called for help to resuscitate him. By the time help arrived, he was out of his body watching the resuscitation efforts from above the ceiling looking down. He was engulfed by a warm yellowish glow and knew he had crossed over, feeling totally at ease. He realized the answer to all questions was "it doesn't matter" - things only matter while alive, but when crossed over, all worldly issues don't matter. At some point he was back in his body. The experience gave him occasional vivid dreams of events about to come true or happening while dreaming. He chose not to share this experience with others until much later.
