Ten-year-old Matthew had a bicycle accident hitting his head on pavement, experiencing three separate out-of-body episodes. First at the accident scene, he floated above watching people help him. Second in the doctor's office, floating in the upper corner as the nurse and doctor attended, hearing them ask about parent notification and ambulance dispatch. Third in the ambulance, floating in the back corner as walls began burning away like film. He floated above the road where a strong lighted Presence appeared, the landscape burning away replaced by vibrant pristine scenery without man-made objects. Time ceased as a lighted Being approached asking if he remembered home. Matthew wanted to return and was told he'd meet parents at hospital, face challenges but overcome them, and connect with the Being again later. He had no memory of the accident upon waking but vivid memory of the visit. He later experienced PTSD including panic attacks in dark spaces like movie theaters, but overcame these challenges as predicted.
