Keith was hospitalized after possible LSD use led to severe symptoms including blindness and continuous vomiting. In ICU with blood pressure reaching 180/210, he flatlined while staff frantically tried to lower his BP. He left his body, rising to the ceiling and watching his flatlined heart monitor and resuscitation efforts. He entered a winding tunnel experiencing complete calm while his entire life passed before him, showing everyone he helped and hurt with some moments slowed down. A pinhole light appeared and grew into brilliant white light emanating warm love. As he approached, Jesus Christ emerged and stopped him at the tunnel's end, saying "It's not your time" and pushing him back to Earth. He returned to his body with beating heart and relieved doctors. His sight returned on day three. The experience strengthened his belief in God and he never touched hard drugs again.
