Halil suffered a heart attack while walking to pick up his daughter from school, collapsing in a populous area. Despite many people passing by, no one initially helped except a young girl who noticed him and went to get help. He was without assistance for nearly an hour, with paramedics later stating he had no chance of survival and was likely already dead.
During the experience, Halil lifted from his bed and floated to the ceiling, observing the panic-stricken nurses and hearing paramedics discuss his poor prognosis. Halil experienced a complete life review from the womb to present, then found himself in a meadow with incredibly green grass and indescribable flowers. He met his grandfather, who appeared young and walking despite having been wheelchair-bound in life, and his deceased father. They walked toward a beautiful mosque, but as Halil approached, walking became increasingly difficult. An authoritative voice told him he could not enter as he had not finished his life. Upon recovery, his wife confirmed she had been looking at Istanbul real estate that day because her boss had offered her a job there - information Halil couldn't have known normally, validating his out-of-body observations.
