Maureen was riding her bicycle and hit a rock, flying over the handlebars and landing on her head. She lost consciousness and experienced total blackness before feeling lifted straight up by her elbows at super-fast speed with a loud deafening wind sound. She found herself standing on a bridge before an elderly, well-dressed couple in black with an old black car behind them. The woman said "We weren't sure you were going to make it" and directed her attention to her neighbor who had fallen nearby. After being told to go home, Maureen returned to her body with incredible head pain. She had amnesia afterward and a permanent bald spot from the injury. Years later, her sister confirmed she almost died and described the exact clothing Maureen had seen.
