Destiny, an ICU nurse, collapsed in the hospital break room from sudden cardiac death. She was found in cardiac arrest with purple-black skin from lack of oxygen. During the 10+ minutes of CPR, she had an out-of-body experience watching every medical procedure from the ceiling. She observed specific details including the doctor intubating her while lying on his stomach, staff cutting off her Victoria's Secret bra, blood splashing on the doctor during central line insertion, fixed and dilated pupils, her expensive diamond ring being removed, and heard her CPR beeper going off. She encountered her two deceased sisters, mother, and husband's grandmother (appearing decades younger). They joked about burial clothes while the grandmother insisted she return for her husband. After arguing about returning to her damaged body, she was forced back when seeing IV pumps showing 20mcg of levophed with BP of 50. Upon revival, she could repeat word-for-word what coworkers said during resuscitation, confirming her observations.
