At age 10-11, Paul had a roller-skating accident in Central Park when he collided with a cyclist. The accident occurred in slow motion. He found himself in a grayish-maroon tunnel moving upward at a slight angle, seeing 8-10 black and white photographs of himself hanging like in a museum. Two revelations came: everything is pre-written and we execute a script, and nearly everyone (98%) goes to heaven including criminals. At the tunnel's end was a circular door with a tall figure of light who greeted him by name and said it wasn't his time. Paul begged to stay, and the figure consulted with 3-5 other light beings before returning to say it wasn't possible as people still depended on him. He returned suddenly, waking 10 meters above his body, seeing the ambulance and 40-50 people surrounding him. He glided down like a falling leaf. The experience convinced him death is just a passage.
