In 1993, Kantor was using improperly connected machinery when he received an electrical charge of 380 volts from left hand to right hand. He was aware but couldn't call for help or breathe. A clear blue shining link surrounded his body as the current twisted him until his weight pulled him away from the machinery. He realized this was the end but felt calm. His entire life passed through his mind in one picture, seeing minute details like childhood clothing buttons. He saw his family, especially his mother, and worried about hurting her. From above, he observed himself lying on the ground with coworkers doing something with him, hearing them say he probably had epilepsy. In his soul, he told them to leave him alone, that he was fine. He slowly rose toward the ceiling, feeling strong light and warmth. Despite workshop noise, everything became quiet. He experienced profound well-being, calmness, and peace. He regained consciousness outside where the ambulance was, with his heart racing and breathing terrible. After the experience, he re-evaluated life, prioritizing spiritual over material values. Though not becoming religious, he moved closer to God and believes in angels. People have told him about the pleasant warmth from his touch and healers have noticed his aura, which wasn't visible before the injury.
