Ana Cecilia underwent a second surgery to extract fluid surrounding her heart and lungs infected with Staphylococcus aureus. Born with a serious heart condition (transposed vessels, single ventricle), she had defied medical expectations. During surgery, while under anesthesia, she heard medical staff discussing her case, lamenting that her 10-month-old daughter might never see her again. A misplaced respirator tube caused her to asphyxiate when phlegm blocked it while nurses were absent. After struggling desperately, she stopped breathing and her heart stopped. She left her body, floating through what seemed like a tree with multiple layers: first small animals radiating love, then large wild animals, then children of all races playing joyfully, then adults around fountains, finally elderly people in gardens. She approached a yellow circle of intense light that filled her with complete ecstasy and love. A hand touched her head and a gentle voice said "Stay calm and go in peace. Do everything that I have asked you." She was resuscitated after about an hour of efforts. Later, she saw two angels descend and clean her body, bringing profound relief and healing.
