Alessandra was with a friend when she purchased and injected heroin. She immediately collapsed after injection, and her friend, seeing she was unresponsive, rushed her to the hospital. Medical doctors told the friend it was unlikely Alessandra would survive. Upon injecting the heroin, Alessandra lost consciousness and saw herself from above, approximately two meters away, collapsed with the syringe still in her arm while her friend tried to revive her. She then found herself in a dark tunnel with a fearful appearance. At the far end of the tunnel, she could see a distant light that she wished to reach, but felt chained by something like huge, heavy metal shoes at her feet preventing movement. She realized she was in a body more real than her physical body, in a place where nothing was beautiful. The doctors managed to resuscitate her and she awoke surrounded by medical staff. She later came to believe she had been in the place scriptures call Hades or the abode of the dead, and that God had saved her from that fearful place to complete her life.
