Abrisham was preparing for a literature exam during Ramadan while fasting. After studying, she went to leave for art school but returned home when she realized she had no money for a taxi. While climbing the stairs, her shoelace caught under her feet, causing her to fall face-first onto a broken stair edge. She hit so hard that she fell again, climbing the stairs with a bloody nose. Her mother was shocked to see her covered in blood. While washing her face, Abrisham felt dizzy and lost consciousness. First, she heard a sharp sound, then traveled through a tunnel with light passing overhead. The light embodied kindness and she moved at an unimaginable speed through the tunnel. After a while, she stopped within the tunnel and a very gentle, kind voice told her to go back. She traveled back at the same speed. She opened her eyes to find her family crying and screaming around her, having been unconscious for an unknown period during what appeared to be a serious head injury incident.
