Elle accidentally ingested strychnine poison and went into convulsions. Her Buddhist friend performed Tibetan death rituals instead of seeking medical help. She experienced electrical heat along her spine and yellow vision before entering a chaotic realm where everything that ever happened to all beings occurred simultaneously. She observed her parents conceiving her, experienced being in the womb, relived her birth and entire life, grew old and died - this cycle repeated multiple times until she surrendered. Upon surrendering at death, she entered a blissful realm of supreme love and wisdom with complete gnosis and understanding of reality. When returned to her body, she was completely disoriented. Her friend confirmed she had clinically died with all bodily processes stopped. The experience taught her that fear and resistance lead to lower realms while surrender accesses the "clear light." She gained certainty about reincarnation and the cyclical nature of existence.
