Woman experienced profound NDE during heart attack requiring emergency stent placement. She reports being clinically dead for approximately 3 hours and 35 minutes. After experiencing visions of World War III, she felt her body stiffen with severe pain in jaw and shoulders. She left her body and flew at incredible speed toward a beautiful salmon-coral colored city within a dome. She could simultaneously observe her body on the gurney surrounded by 25 medical staff while flying toward the city. She heard surgical instruments and observed her husband being interviewed in another room about her medications. Large coral-colored blocks repeatedly fell to obstruct her path to the city. When nearly entering the city, a thunderous voice called her name and she was pulled back "like a turbine." Upon return, she saw a transparent being like a jellyfish holding the moon above and Earth below. She verified multiple observations including her husband's conversation with staff and specific medical procedures. The experience transformed her spiritual beliefs, making her see God as "Pure Energy."
