A college freshman experienced an out-of-body experience after hitting his head and passing out during a basketball game incident. After scraping his toe on concrete while running barefoot, he sat down and lost consciousness. During the experience, he found himself flying approximately 400 feet above ground, observing streets, a soccer field, basketball court, and the hospital below. He witnessed a blue Dodge Dart taxi approaching the hospital emergency room entrance, watching its headlight beams on the ground. He then felt himself free-falling and awakened in the backseat of a car being transported by his parents. Looking out the window, he saw the exact same blue taxi in the same location he had observed from above, which frightened him so much he fainted again. The veridical observation of the taxi from two perspectives - aerial and ground level - convinced him the experience was more than a dream. He felt the experience showed existence of a superior consciousness beyond earthly life.
