Teri was in labor for twelve hours when her heart stopped. She found herself watching from above as medical staff worked on her body, experiencing no pain once she left her physical form. She traveled through a tunnel at high speed toward a brilliant, warm light. The experience was wonderful and she did not want to return. She heard a male voice telling her she had to go home because she was needed there. As quickly as she had left her body, she was back in it, immediately feeling pain again. The experience completely eliminated her fear of death as she now knows with certainty that life continues after death. She became more compassionate and developed psychic abilities, being able to see things before they happen. The experience strengthened her belief in God and gave her a greater sense of purpose in helping others.
