Rosa experienced complications during childbirth when her baby became tangled in the umbilical cord, causing severe bleeding that turned her hands and feet purple. During emergency surgery under anesthesia, she found herself above her body watching doctors perform electroshock resuscitation. She looked up and saw a strong but not blinding light that sent a bridge of light to her. As she crossed the bridge, her purple hands and feet became normal and she wore a white gown, feeling peaceful and pain-free. Walking toward the light, she saw illuminated people who stepped aside to reveal Jesus holding a bundle wrapped in a sky-blue blanket. Jesus had light brown hair, red tunic, sky-blue cape, and mustard-colored sandals. When she reached out to him, he signaled for her to stop and communicated telepathically that it wasn't her time and she had a mission on earth. He gave her the bundle containing her baby boy and instructed her to name him Emmanuel. She then heard a male voice calling her to wake up and found herself back in her body with her baby beside her.
