Karin was loading a truck when a box struck her left temple, causing a severe head injury. The impact traveled through her entire body, and she experienced what appeared to be cardiac and respiratory distress. She uttered a blessing for her siblings, then suddenly left her body, finding herself watching from outside her physical form. She became aware of all thoughts around her simultaneously and saw glistening opal-like strings connecting people's thoughts, held by beings who were managing these connections. She witnessed counter-thoughts causing connections to dissipate.
During her out-of-body experience, she observed herself from a different perspective and received the message that she would never die, experiencing eternal existence. She saw a complete life review including a children's book she had written that remained unpublished. She experienced being part of something greater, understanding that love is not an emotion but part of universal connection. She felt herself in a place with countless other beings, experiencing no separation between herself and everything else. The experience was timeless, with everything happening in an eternal "now." Key observations included seeing the thought-connections between people as physical manifestations, witnessing how her limited actions in body affected others through cause and effect, and seeing her unpublished book sitting in a box throughout her siblings' lifetime. She understood that if she didn't return, the book would never move forward. She also heard people in the building asking for money, which made her laugh with an eternal, loud laugh that surprised her with its nature. Upon deciding to return to help her book move forward, she wondered how she would fit back into the planet, let alone her body. After returning, she discovered significant brain damage - she couldn't perform her job, couldn't get a syringe into a feed line, and took considerable time to heal. The only gift that remained intact was her ability to help others heal with her hands. She gained the understanding that death doesn't exist, only eternal living, and that all beings are one unified consciousness experiencing itself.
