Khanh was struck by a jeep in a traffic accident in 1967 around 11 PM, temporarily passing out and possibly passing away for a short time. During this trauma, he experienced a magnificent near-death encounter while being lifted up to the sky. He heard a beautiful, perfect melody and observed heavenly people floating in the air who looked nice but didn't speak to him. The setting was a dim but clear moonlit night with clouds floating in the air, creating an enlightening and interesting atmosphere despite the darkness. From his elevated position, Khanh watched his body being carried by villagers into someone's front yard while he remained in a state of ecstasy in the air, not wanting to return to his physical form. He observed the hit-and-run jeep driver turning off the vehicle's lights and escaping from the scene in the moonlight. The villagers worked desperately to revive him, shouting 'Mister, you can't die! Do you hear us? Come back! Come back! Don't die!' Their voices came from below on the ground while Khanh remained high in the air experiencing marvelous happiness without pain or fear. A brief but distinctive review of his life with complete details was shown to him as soon as he came out of his body. Eventually, he was pulled back down into his body and heard the villagers' voices above his face, indicating his return to physical life. The adventure ended with sadness at being back in the earthly world, having experienced no pain, fear, or suffering during the otherworldly encounter. Khanh's experience included incredibly vivid senses, faster thoughts, altered time perception, and encounters with cloud-like weightless beings in a mystical realm filled with bright, pleasing light.
