At age fifteen, Sandrine was rushing upstairs to change clothes when both feet slipped on the first steps and she fell. The thought "This is where I die" flashed through her mind before she left her body. She could no longer see her father who was sitting nearby. Remarkably, she had been having out-of-body experiences since six months old, regularly traveling through tunnels at night to meet with spiritual beings, making this experience feel natural to her.
In a moment outside time, Sandrine witnessed her entire life from birth to age fifteen, like watching a movie but with all sensations, feelings, and experiences intact, including her consciousness and capacity to love. She watched this life review without judgment or regret, feeling perfectly ready to die and experiencing profound wellbeing. A cone of white light then greeted her, opening at the top of her head. She found herself against a luminous robe worn by a being of pure light - a man she didn't know but with whom she felt complete belonging unlike anything on Earth. The light being emanated pure and intense love, peace, compassion, and absolute knowledge. Gray-white human silhouettes surrounded this central figure. When Sandrine telepathically insisted three times that she wanted to stay, the main being communicated with overwhelming love yet firm authority: "You must go back. You must become a doctor." This aligned with her childhood desire since age four to become a doctor. The communication occurred through telepathy that was faster, truer, and more obvious than words, with no barriers. Upon hearing she must become a doctor, Sandrine returned abruptly to her body, violently hitting her head on the stairs and requiring stitches for her ear. The experience gave her an expanded consciousness and the understanding that Earth life is heavy and difficult while the other dimension is easy, light, and immediate. She later became a doctor as instructed, viewing the experience as accelerated consciousness maturation that marked her for life.
