In summer 1970, twelve-year-old Veronica was dragged by her bolting horse with her head repeatedly hitting the ground and fence. Her brother found her in grand mal seizures, vomiting, with eyes rolling back. During ambulance transport, she levitated through a conical tunnel toward an incredibly bright, warm white light that radiated love, peace, and acceptance. She was simultaneously aware of the ambulance, the painfully loud siren, and her father crying and begging her not to leave. The light made her feel safe, loved, and home - stronger than earthly feelings. She wanted to continue toward the golden light area but a force and voice indicated she had to return for her loved ones who would suffer greatly, especially her father and brother. She had valuable work to complete. Upon return, she grabbed a nurse's wrist to stop her from cutting her hair. Her intuitive abilities were greatly enhanced afterward and remain acute throughout life. The experience eliminated her fear of death and gave her profound understanding of universal love.
