Sue experienced clinical death from a drug overdose requiring CPR. Her experience began in complete blackness where she was disconnected from her body - not a typical OBE but complete separation of her essence. Then brilliant white light approached from a pinpoint and engulfed her entire awareness, creating a sensation of being flung at full speed into infinity. She encountered an enormous rainbow that appeared as a road or bridge, not an arc, surrounded by blackness. She felt powerfully drawn to cross it, with an entity urging her to "go over." At the climax, she experienced soul-shaking ecstasy throughout her being. She entered a sea of stars and colors - thousands of glowing lights moving in waves like an ocean. Colors included some never seen on Earth. The overwhelming feeling was perfect bliss. The entity explained this was "the source" - that everyone connects to and returns to this source, which is pure love energy, heaven itself. She witnessed the colors separate into purple/pink and blue/green sections that danced together like lovemaking. When told she could not return to her life if she stayed, she remembered her boyfriend and was sent back through her entire experience in reverse, seeing a figure-8 of her life timeline. Upon revival, her first words were "Here? This time? Seriously?" She has had a second similar NDE and now lives without fear.
