Roberto was attacked by a former friend who stabbed him 8 times, causing a perforated lung and bowel with internal and external bleeding. After losing consciousness from his injuries, he experienced a sensation of peace and tranquility, then saw an unknown man in a beautiful garden emanating light that brought calm. The being offered him a choice to either go with him and review his life mistakes or stay. Roberto immediately thought of his mother and difficult relationship memories, which the being seemed to read telepathically. The being then helped guide Roberto to find help, showing him his naked body from above the treetops and pointing to a house with a porch light. Roberto returned to his body experiencing cold and sharp pain, but could still feel the being's presence guiding him. Despite severe injuries, he walked through bushes to reach the lit house, entered through an open window, and called for help. The being told him good people would come to save him and that he should move on with his life. The homeowners arrived and provided care until help arrived. Roberto reports lasting effects including enhanced intuition and occasional out-of-body experiences where he returns to the garden.
