Enrique had relapsed on cocaine after nearly six years clean and was deeply distressed, calling his father crying that he wanted to die. Hours after using cocaine, while in his bathroom, he suddenly fell backward into the bathtub and began convulsing. Unable to control his body and alone in the house, he tried to reach for the window to get his neighbor's attention but after twenty seconds, he died. He looked down at himself lying in the tub with eyes open, then a white, almost blue sphere/orb appeared speaking telepathically: "It's okay, we can go now." His faith kicked in and he prayed forgiveness, saying he loved his family and wasn't ready to never see them again. He had a vision of a tunnel pulling him closer. After praying the Our Father and Hail Mary twice with no effect, he desperately said "God, show me who you are, show me how to LOVE." Immediately after saying "love," he bounced back into his body taking a huge breath. The earth's gravity felt heavy as he struggled outside where a passerby called 911. At the hospital, he was diagnosed with renal failure and a blood clot in his leg. He noticed his wife had recently placed a Bible quote about love in the bathroom, seeing this as no coincidence - God knew this would happen. Since then, the word "love" has profound meaning for him. He has remained clean since the experience and become much closer with family.
