Henry was cleaning the undercarriage of a car when it fell off the jack stand, striking his head with the pinch weld and knocking him unconscious. He felt only a small bump like a rock hitting his head, then found himself standing up outside his body. The colors appeared more vivid than normal - he felt he could touch them. The air felt like silk sheets moving over his body. He had a strong sensation of being watched but saw no one around. When he turned around, he saw his physical body with blood coming from the head wound. He then felt like he was falling and suddenly returned to his body. His wife came out screaming at the amount of blood and drove him to the hospital, where he was diagnosed with a minor skull fracture requiring six stitches.
