Jesus told him it wasn't time to stay, that his mother needed him, and shared other things Paul cannot remember. From outside his body, Paul saw himself as a baby in the hospital room, feeling peaceful and knowing he would be okay. When he returned to his body, he felt stronger and recovered. His mother confirms the medical details of the crisis, including the extended period of dangerously high heart rate and life support. This infant NDE profoundly shaped Paul's spiritual understanding despite his young age at the time.
