Matt, a 25-year-old professional baseball player, severely cut both hands to the bone on fence posts while retrieving balls at a ranch. After bleeding profusely for over an hour, he suddenly felt an amazing sensation rise through his body. He was sucked out of his body and watched from 7 feet above as his body fell. He tried communicating with panicked friends, even attempting to shake Jason. In frustration, he produced a brilliant blue flash that Jason briefly noticed. He floated through blue skies, then darkness with bad spirits circling (Hell), prayed to continue, and entered white light. A man's voice said: "You have had an accident. It is not your time to be with me. I am sending you back." After returning and being frustrated no one listened, he passed out again. The second time, the voice sternly said: "This is not to be toyed with. This is not drugs, sex, food or anything to be played with. You have had an accident. You must return to Earth and help people." He also recalled a similar childhood OBE at age 5 during a head injury. He became less religious but more spiritual. BIBLICAL: Experience includes God's voice, hell with evil spirits, divine commission to help people. However, producing blue flash and becoming "less religious" raise concerns.
