In March 2000, Kathryn A was driving too fast in rain when her car hydroplaned, hit a bridge sign with crushing force, flipped upside down into water. She cried out to God for help and was telepathically told "Take a deep breath." Underwater with seatbelt on, she entered another dimension where time and space ceased. Instead of fear, she felt calm, safe, warm, and at home. She saw colorful rainbow bursts of bright energies everywhere and knew she was dead. She felt thrilled to be home and telepathically asked how to get out, wanting to leave despite missing her children. She was told she had more work to do and received specific instructions to remove her seatbelt and exit through the window. She was shown something in her thoughts that gave her desire to return. When asked how long to hold her breath, she was told "As long as it takes." Upon surfacing, she immediately returned to normal dimension. A truck driver who appeared as an angel pulled her from the water, called authorities, and helped her retrieve her purse from underwater. After giving her the purse, he and his truck vanished instantly in the blink of an eye. Police called it a miracle given the car's destruction - passenger door crushed to her elbow, hood nearly touching back seat. Her experience transformed her from a guilt-ridden abuse victim using substances to cope into someone free from addiction, embracing meditation and spirituality over religion. She discovered true spirituality far superior to her previous Southern Baptist faith.

The cry to God and immediate telepathic response demonstrates answered prayer in crisis.
