Henrietta was standing outside at night with two friends in May 2004 when she suddenly felt faint, having been stressed over college exams and not eating much. Her vision filled with dark spots, she lost consciousness, fell and hit her head on cement. Friends reported she was unconscious and unmoving for about a minute, then had seizures/convulsions for another minute before waking. After falling, Henrietta found herself in the backseat center of a parked car with four other people who seemed like trusted older brothers or friends in their 20s-30s. She felt weak and confused while they calmly discussed where to take her. Then she was suddenly whizzing along a river through a brilliant white canyon with opaque walls like enamel. She became aware she was now a bird with exquisite white/lavender iridescent plumage, flying incredibly fast between lush green trees. Everything glowed with warm white light from within. She felt absolute control and competence, driven by intense desire to reach an impossibly bright light at the canyon's end - the source of all light, love, goodness, pleasure and peace. As she flew toward it, something nagging like a child tugging at pants became persistent. She felt hindered, nauseous, and heard someone calling. She tried ignoring it to reach the light but then woke on the ground with her friend leaning over her. Waking felt like leaving REAL life and re-entering a dream. All earthly memories had dissolved upon entering the other world. She felt furious at being woken but anger quickly faded.

The complete peace and beauty of the otherworldly realm aligns with heavenly descriptions. The transformation and supernatural abilities (flying) parallel biblical accounts of spiritual bodies.
