William fell asleep while driving and crashed. He and his girlfriend found themselves out of body, flying upward holding hands. They saw a twilight park-like landscape when four invisible ten-foot tall humanoid creatures intercepted them. The beings overwhelmed them with divine love beyond earthly experience and gently separated them. Two beings took her upward while two returned him downward.
He saw his car in flames from above (quarter mile up) before falling back into his body. The car front was on fire, his feet were through the floor. His girlfriend had died. Two weeks later in intensive care, she appeared as a "woman in white" apparition, telling him not to blame himself and that everything was as it should be. She floated out between two nurses who didn't see her. This shared NDE included veridical observation of the burning car from above, posthumous visitation with a message, and encounters with loving beings who seemed to guide souls.
