Silvia had recently obtained her driver's license and was driving to get an asthma vaccine when she left the road at a sharp bend, possibly due to medication-induced drowsiness or speed. She went straight off the road and crashed, with concrete poles embedding themselves inches from her face and head. During the accident, she was suddenly enveloped by a huge white light and initially didn't understand where she was.
