Rebecca was on a garden tour with her parents when she felt lightheaded. At a medical clinic, her heart rate jumped to 180, then 266 beats per minute before she passed out. She was clinically dead for five minutes. During this time, she experienced total happiness and felt liberated from her body "like shedding clothes." She was gently pushed by unseen Beings through initial darkness toward a light with lanterns on the sides. She sped up into huge, pure light and love, describing it as being in ecstasy "like having a million orgasms all at one time" and feeling she was with God.
In a big hall, something called her name and a "Book of Knowledge" opened to her name. Images projected on a wall showing her as a small girl, with conversations where she could feel others' emotions as they felt them. She saw the effects she had on people - both good and not so good - in a life review that taught her to be kind and give love. She realized she affected everything in the world. When she thought about her children and vacillated about staying, she ultimately chose to return for them. She found herself on a playground falling backwards slowly, then slammed into a wall - actually returning to her body. Eight years later, a glowing Being appeared at the foot of her bed, conveying love and identifying as Jesus, saying "I'm here to give you love." The NDE changed how she lives, making her more spiritual and unafraid of death. She believes in reincarnation and that we exist at different frequencies outside the body. --- Biblical Summary --- Biblical elements: The life review with emotional awareness of impact on others aligns with biblical judgment concepts. The Book of Knowledge resembles the Book of Life. Meeting Jesus years later and receiving divine love reflects biblical encounters. The initial journey through darkness to light parallels biblical imagery. Unbiblical elements: Belief in reincarnation directly contradicts Hebrews 9:27 about dying once then judgment. The sexual comparison for divine ecstasy is inappropriate. The idea of multiple lives opposes biblical teaching of one life, one death, one judgment.
